Chosen!

Thanks to the folks over at Celebrity-Link for choosing us as Celebrity Site of The Day for today and sending us the picture to put on the sites proverbial "mantlepiece" for prosperity! It's nice to get a mention. On another note, The Passenger begins it's run in Chicago (Music Box and Landmark Renaissance Theaters), San Francisco (Lumiere Theater) and Boston (at the Kendall Square Cinema) today. If you are lucky enough to be able to catch it, you have my celluloid envy (dunno if that's a term lol) -- Tom

New Photos and Wallpapers

Jack Nicholson attended the AFI Festival's Premiere Screening of Sorry Haters which stars Robin Wright-Penn on Monday night, Nov 7. He has also been spotted at a couple of Lakers games in the last week so I have created a gallery of new pictures of Jack which we will update as pictures of Jack "out and about" surface.

We have three new wonderful Wallpapers that were created by Ine and kindly contributed to the site. The first is for 800 x 600, and the second and third are for 1024 x 768, screens. Thanks Ine - you did a really awesome job!! -- Sara

Hotdog anyone?

I have added scans of an article from the February 2003 issue of Hotdog Magazine to the extras section. The article talks a little about Jack's early career, some of his less "balanced" characters and also his personal life. I have also added three more reviews to The Passenger section. Have a good weekend.

New Interview in EW

The latest issue of Entertainment weekly carries a new interview with Jack Nicholson. The interview was arranged as part of the publicity for the re-release of The Passenger, which opened last Friday in New York and will open this Friday in Los Angeles and the following Friday in Chicago. The interview also touches on Jack's role in The Departed and what he has been up to lately! Click here to view it. I will also add it to The Passenger section

Indiewire reported Michelangelo Antonioni's 1975 drama starring Jack Nicholson, "The Passenger" played a pair of screens last weekend, traveling to second place on the IndieWIRE Box Office chart (measured on a per screen basis). The film grossed $24,157 for a screen average of $12,079. It's great to see a lot of people are taking advantage of this opportunity to see a classic -- Sara
